No personal information is requested, collected, required or monitored in respect of access to the site’s home page or other pages giving general information about STEP Guernsey. Only limited personal information is requested, collected, required and monitored and then only in respect of requests for receipt of the STEP Guernsey mailing list for lecture information, newsletters, events and updates. Such personal information will be held and processed by STEP Guernsey in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017. STEP Branch Government
Please note that STEP Guernsey is a branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners registered in England under company number 2632423 (“STEP HQ”). Branches are subject to the oversight of the Board of STEP HQ.
Your personal data is collected and handled by STEP HQ and from time to time this information is supplied to STEP Guernsey via a secure sharing site. STEP HQ have their own policies and procedures for collecting and handling data.
