STEP Guernsey is a vibrant association which supports education and promotion of the trust industry in Guernsey.

 

In 2022 we identified a need to better support new recruits and student members who come together to learn, encourage each other and meet peers across the industry. The Introductory Series was born. After a successful first year with 4 vibrant events, blending educational topics for beginners and the chance for trainee professionals to network, STEP Guernsey saw an opportunity to extend this offering and create a new subcommittee to develop a project which would focus exclusively on the next generation of fiduciary professionals.

We are grateful to Clermont Trust whose support meant that the initiative can continue to go from strength to strength, with four introductory topic events per year plus two social networking events.
