The Details
STEP Guernsey's now 'iconic' Annual Ball is being held on Friday 9th October 2026 at Beau Sejour.
We look forward to welcoming you to join us for a sophisticated evening of excellent food, fine wine, grand company and exceptional entertainment.
Running Order
The evening will follow an approximate running order:

Entertainment
As has come to be expected from STEP Guernsey, entertainment will take place for the pleasure of our guests during the course of the evening. As ever, we wish to keep our best surprises under wraps for guests' ultimate enjoyment on the night!
Dress Code
Black Tie with a Regency Twist. Regency-inspired gowns, tailcoats and masquerade masks are welcome, but entirely optional.
Catering
Guests will be served a delicious 3 course meal during the course of the evening. Dietary requirements can be accommodated. The menu will follow and will be sent to all table leads.

BOOKING TERMS:
Table Allocation
This event features a combination of corporate-hosted tables and mixed tables for STEP Members and other industry professionals. Standard tables seat 10 guests. A very limited number of 12-seater tables are available – please indicate your preferred option via the booking form. Initially, bookings are limited to one table per firm. Approximately one week after booking opens, firms will have the opportunity to request additional tables, subject to availability. Each firm may request only one 12-seater table as part of their initial allocation. Additional table requests will be recorded and released if the event does not sell out.
Payment
Full Payment is required to confirm your booking and must be paid by bank transfer. Invoices will be sent to the table booker unless otherwise specified. Credit card payments are not accepted.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Disclaimer & Force Majeure
If STEP Guernsey is required to postpone the event, any payment made up to the date of postponement will be credited to the rescheduled event. If the event is cancelled entirely or you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued. STEP Guernsey is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to: adverse weather; government restrictions or regulations; war or acts/threats of terrorism; civil disorder or unrest; transportation disruption; or any other unforeseen event rendering the event impracticable or inadvisable.
